This past Saturday was my 25th birthday! This was the first birthday where I have started to feel older. Maybe it's because I have stopped to reflect on everything that has happen in the last year. So much has changed in the past year. Here are just a few...
*I am finally getting use to being a stay-at-home mom and love spending time with Jackson.
*We moved to Utah for Dan's new job.
*I have tried to be more domestic by cooking, baking, and sewing more.
*We bought a house in Lehi and did our own landscaping.
*Jackson turned a year old and officially became a toddler.
*My mother moved in with us, until her assisted living apartment is ready in Texas.
*Dan and I celebrated 3 years of marrital bliss.
*I have had to get use to the Utah climate and making new friends.
Although a lot has change I realize that I am very blessed. I have a wonderful husband who is a great provider and an excellent father. Our love continues to grow everyday. My son is the light of my life. Although taking care of him is sometimes challenging, he makes me laugh everyday. I have a great extended family and awesome friends. I wouldn't change any of it for the world!

happy birthday Linda! this is so funny, because I too will be turning 25 in November and I totally feel older this year! I think kids really do age you. Anyway, happy bday again!
Happy belated birthday! I was thinking about you yesterday. Wow, 25! I remember back then - I too felt much older and it kind of made me sad because back then I thought it was all down hill from there. Man, was I wrong. 30's are the best!

Um...what kind of a friend am I?? I didn't even know it was your birthday. I just realized we have Dan's on the calendar, but not YOURS. I am sorry. I hope you had a great day and know how much we love you!! I forget you are such a young pup. Haha. Yet you are wise beyond your years my friend. You have such a great attitude about all of the change you have dealt with this past year. I know great things will continue to come your way....hopefully one of those things is us getting to see each other!!
